Questions
Before you choose
What does “template style” mean?
It means I use one of my previous website designs as a starting
point and build a version for you. You aren’t buying a template
file to set up yourself.
Can I change an existing design?
Yes. Your name, colors, and content will be used for your site.
If you need new features, the additional rate is $200 per page.
We’ll confirm the changes and cost before work starts.
Are revisions included?
Yes. Revisions are unlimited during the agreed project, before final approval. Added pages or new features may change the quote; we’ll agree on those costs first.
When do I pay?
You pay 50% before any work begins. The remaining 50% is due after you approve the completed website and before it goes live.
Are there monthly maintenance fees?
No monthly maintenance fee. Major update requests cost $100 per request. Minor edits such as fixing typos or changing colors are free.
Does the domain need to be renewed?
Yes. The $25 fee is for the initial registration. You pay future renewals or can choose a multiyear registration. The applicable cost will be confirmed before purchase.
How is a custom website priced?
A website built from scratch is priced at $200 per page.
Template-style websites are starting at $400 for 3 pages or $500 for 5 pages. The total depends on
the option you choose, the page count, and any additions.
What if I already have a domain?
Let me know when you describe your project so we can plan
around the domain you already own.
